By using GaméDex (waitlist or app) you agree to these terms. Soft launch features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
The service
GaméDex helps you keep guides, builds, and library notes for games you play. It is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Steam, Valve, or any game publisher.
Accounts
- You must be old enough to use Steam / app stores in your region (typically 13+ with guardian consent where required).
- Keep your login secure. Steam-linked accounts treat Steam as the sign-in method.
- We may limit or pause signups during soft launch.
Your content
Guides, tips, builds, clips, and comments you post remain yours. You grant GaméDex a license to host and display them in the product. Do not post content you do not have rights to. We may remove spam, harassment, unmarked spoilers, or copyright complaints.
Steam & third parties
Steam data appears only with your consent and Steam privacy settings. Store links may be affiliate links. Game metadata may come from partners such as IGDB.
Pro & payments
Paid features (when enabled) are billed by Apple, Google, or our payment partner. Refunds follow those stores’ rules. Soft-launch builds may not offer purchases yet.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” during soft launch. We are not liable for lost saves, incorrect guides, or downtime beyond what the law requires.
